Warranty & Returns
Product Guarantee
(Warranty). All products purchased from TubesDirect.com are promised to
have been tested and found to be "free from fault" before despatch. Any
product failing within 90 days of purchase will be replaced free of
charge.
If you wish to return a product please email us for a RA
returns number. Please state a reason for the return as well as your name
and invoice number for the goods being returned.
Any goods returned without the necessary RA number will
be refused. |
