Warranty & Returns
Customer satisfaction is number one with us. We are
dedicated to providing our customers with guitar and Hi-Fi Tubes of the best
quality and reliability shipped to you...fast! If you are not
satisfied with your purchase, please see our return procedure
below.
If you find a price better than ours from any other
authorized stocking dealer on an item we have....let
us know. We will beat or match it!
Warranty
Product Guarantee (Warranty). All
products purchased from TubesDirect.com are promised to have been tested and
found to be "free from fault" before despatch. Any product failing
within 90 days of purchase will be replaced free of
charge.
TubesDirect does not take responsibility for
damages caused to an amp through incorrect installation of tubes or damage that
may occur if the tube is incorrectly biased.
Returns
All returns must have an RA # (return
authorization number) to be eligible for a return, credit or a refund.
Please note that any item
returned without an RA number will be refused.
Any defective or incorrect items
must be reported to customer service
within three (3)
business days after receipt of goods to be eligible for
return. Defective items may be returned for a "same item" replacement
exchange only. If the same item is not available, we will issue a
refund.
If the returned item was sent in
error by TubesDirect, we will issue full credit (including freight) after
receipt of goods from the customer.
If incorrect items were ordered, a
refund will be issued less shipping and handling. Returned items are
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All
returned items must be sent via UPS, FedEx, U.S. Mail, or any other delivery
service that offers package tracking. No COD's will be accepted. All items must
be unused in new condition, in original packaging with all documentation and
accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or a partial credit being
issued.

Any item which, in TubesDirect's
opinion, shows evidence of being used, altered or installed improperly, and/or
subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer will not
be eligible for exchange, refund and/or warranty consideration.
No returns will be accepted after
30 days of receipt of goods. TubesDirect is not
responsible for lost packages once we have received delivery
confirmation.
Special orders and custom orders are
not returnable or refundable.
