Ordering

There is a $20.00 minimum purchase on all orders and we ship within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).  Your order information and history are protected by a password that you set. If you forget your password, we will verify your information and e-mail your password to the e-mail address listed on your account.

Returns

All returns must have an RA # (return authorization number) to be eligible for a refund. Please note that any item returned without an RA number will be refused.  

Any defective or incorrect items must be reported to customer service within three (3) business days after receipt of goods to be eligible for return.  Defective items may be returned for a "same item" replacement exchange only.  If the same item is not available, we will issue a refund.  

If the returned item was sent in error by TubesDirect, we will issue full credit (including freight) after receipt of goods from the customer.  

If incorrect items were ordered, a refund will be issued less shipping and handling.  Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returned items must be sent via UPS, FedEx, U.S. Mail, or any other deliveryservice that offers package tracking.No COD's will be accepted. All items must be unused in new condition, in original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or a partial credit being issued.

Any item which, in TubesDirect's opinion, shows evidence of being used, altered or installed improperly, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund and/or warranty consideration.

No returns will be accepted after 3 days of receipt of goods.  TubesDirect is not responsible for lost packages once we have received delivery confirmation.  

Special orders and custom orders are not returnable or refundable.
